There is never a dull moment during New York Fashion Week, and this season I was lucky to be amidst it all.
The week kicked off with an intimate gathering hosted by The Studio Mayfair and Serà Fine Silk. The evening was filled with great conversation and delicious omakase, making it the best way to start the week.
The week continued with Hikari no Yami: Chapter 11 — Parasite, designed by Jakarie Whitaker. It was not a typical fashion show, but rather an immersive experience. Guests were welcome to roam around and experience the collection up close. What made it even more unique was having an artist paint a canvas in the middle of the space.
It added another creative element that brought the entire event to life. The week concluded with Hive & Colony's Season 27 collection, Cold Summer, styled and curated by Jeffrey Ampratwum.
The energy in the room was infectious, as everyone was excited to see the collection come to life. It was the perfect way to close out a week filled with creativity, collaboration, and incredible fashion!
A huge thank you to Double Delight, Marty Rock, Shinju Whisky, and CapCity Beverage for being part of the night and helping bring the event together.
